We regard excellent service quality, the protection of people and the environment, and the safety of our employees, clients, and partners as a central responsibility of our daily operations.
Quality management
BioConsult SH is committed to the highest quality standards in all areas of its services. Our actions are consistently aligned with the expectations and requirements of our clients. We understand quality as a central element of our corporate strategy and as a key contribution to long-term customer satisfaction. We place great importance on open, cooperative communication with our clients and rely on transparent processes.
Our employees form the foundation of our understanding of quality and are continuously trained and supported. Through their professional expertise, commitment, and sense of responsibility, we ensure a consistently high level of service quality. A key component of our work is the continuous improvement of our processes, methods, and results. We view errors as opportunities for further development and work systematically to identify and eliminate their root causes.
Our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 serves as a binding framework and is regularly reviewed for its effectiveness. Compliance with legal, normative, and contractual requirements is a matter of course for us. Quality is not static but a dynamic process that we actively shape. Our managers bear responsibility for implementing and promoting our quality principles. At the same time, we expect a high level of quality awareness and shared responsibility from all employees.
We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
Health and safety at work
The safety and health of employees is an important concern to us. BioConsult SH is committed to preventing injuries and work-related illnesses and to the continuous improvement process (CIP) of the measures taken for this purpose. Workplaces and work processes are designed in such a way that the health of employees is maintained, physical and mental stress is reduced and accidents are avoided.
The work situation and the strain on the employees are continuously monitored by the management and the work group leaders and discussed with the employees. Employees are invited to actively contribute to safety and health at work. In order to identify problems at an early stage while maintaining anonymity and lowering inhibition thresholds, employees elect confidants who act as a link between employees and management/project group leaders.
BioConsult SH has a successful incident management system, motivates and encourages its employees to openly report incidents and accidents in order to analyse them and to identify and determine the need for further preventive measures at an early stage. Our employees receive the appropriate education, training and examinations at all times to ensure healthy and safe work. We also encourage and motivate our staff to attend regular training and development courses to increase their satisfaction and to develop our expertise.
We are committed to complying with health and safety legislation at all times, as well as implementing other employee well-being measures. To achieve our SGA goals and improve our SGA performance in cooperation with all employees, we have implemented an occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001).
We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 45001.
Environment and sustainability
As a modern service provider BioConsult SH is sensible of its environmental responsibility and commits to the protection of the environment, the climate, resource efficiency and the prevention of negative environmental impacts.
The environmental management system is implemented to ensure an environmentally friendly and sustainable way of working as best as possible, to meet the needs of its employers, to improve its environmental performance as well as to mitigate the consequences of climate change. This is done by considering sustainable and climate friendly work processes.
Therefore, the environmental management system will be continuously improved.
